little later than most. However, through a lot of hard work and strong
sales, they’re now a big player in the industry. With a strong customer
base comprised of tens of thousands of customers world-wide, they’re
certainly on our list of companies.

is a robust web hosting company that definitely has its act together.
Their uptime is decent, using some of the latest technology.
StartLogic’s data center is located in Phoenix, Arizona and provides
the technology necessary to keep your website or server fully
operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The custom designed facility
provides redundant optical fiber connections and room to grow.
Their
plans are rock solid and include a wide variety of features and
options. The prices are affordable and are backed by a great support
network. It’s really a pretty good deal! |
Their
in-house knowledgebase is one of the finest out there, helping its
customers stay up and informed as much as possible. A handy tutorial
page is also part of the web site many of the questions cover the
branded control panel that they have called vDeck. If your answer is
not there, you can call, submit an email or use their live chat service.
A
word of caution though. I’ve used their Live Chat service numerous
times and have walked away with mixed results. Sometimes the results
are quick and painless. If I have a simple question about a quota or
server response issue, they sometimes provide out-dated information
that is no longer accurate.
I
sometimes get the feeling I’m speaking to someone so far away, they’re
out of touch with what I’m trying to figure out. If you have a
problem, I strongly suggest avoiding their Live Chat support and
instead try email or telephone support for their services.
Support
service aside, the actual hosting service isn’t bad at all. It’s fairly
reliable, with relatively strong uptimes. The sites load quickly and
efficiently, with very little slow periods throughout the busy hours of
the day. Data integrity is solid, with high-end equipment in place to
safeguard against failures.
Overall, you really can’t
go wrong with StartLogic’s hosting services. Good value, strong
features and respectable support. If you’re in the market for a new
host, I’d say that StartLogic is worth a try!
