my hosting experience with Host Excellence, we’ve only had a few minor
problems. It would be a lie to say they have never been down - all
hosting companies experience downtime, it’s the nature of the beast.
The question is not IF downtime happens, but when it happens. On that
rare occasion, it is very important to have a hosting company that is
capable to quickly resolve any ongoing issues, so your site is back
online in no time.
I
recall one such occasion when one of my clients noted that their site
was down and not accessible. I tested the site and I too found that the
server where my sites reside seemed to be down. So, I gave a call into
Host Excellence’s 24/7 technical support team.

told, the server and my sites were once again online a few hours later.
